The QuesCom offer is based on an Open Architecture and managed by QWare Call Server software. It also provides a wide range of features and benefits more specifically targeted to Carriers and Internet Service Providers. QuesCom SmartIAD® allow an extremely easy and undisrupted deployment within the company's existing systems thanks to an innovative technology.

NetBouquet, the first suite of IP services for Enterprises, is the name of the IP services global offer from Western-Tele.com that provides Enterprises with a wide range of application services (Telephony, Internet, Web, Unified Messaging, etc...), organised in the form of a suite. For the past 3 years, Western Telecom has been working on the emergence of the Internet Protocol within the Telecommunications and more particularly as being a pioneer in the development of CTI applications (Computer Telephony Integration) and also a Voice over IP application that is unique in allowing the convergence of IP voice/data services. With a wealth of experience behind them, Western Telecom invented NetBouquet, the first comprehensive suite of "all IP" services for Enterprises based on a simple cost effective model, that has already proved itself in the digital television and wireless telephony sectors.
