Small and medium-sized companies can now benefit from low cost IP telephony technology following the introduction of QuesCom 400. This new product extends the efficiencies of traditional voice systems with enhanced reliability features, a hybrid architecture and seamless integration with a customer's existing PBX.
The QuesCom 400 SmartIAD® is part of the QuesCom NextBX® architecture, a complete architecture that provides an evolution path for existing Enterprise Voice Systems towards the usage of IP telephony.
Philippe Oros, CEO of QuesCom comments: “QuesCom 400 has all the capacity needed to service small and medium sites, and is both for operators and enterprises the ideal product to migrate the installed PBX systems towards a full IP Telephony solution. Customers will find that QuesCom 400 is just as easy to use as their existing systems, and far less complicated to design and install than competing solutions.”
Users do not tolerate downtimes in voice systems. Until now, IP Telephony has been dogged by this problem. QuesCom 400 addresses this issue, offering enhanced reliability features.
Peter Derks, VP of Sales and Marketing said: “Slow operation or even downtime for data-systems is seen as a fact of life for many people. For voice systems, tolerance for downtime has increased with the rise of mobile telephony. However for office telephony, downtime for unavailable service, i.e. no dialtone, and disconnected call is still very low. This is one of the main challenges for convergence of voice and data systems. QuesCom has solved this with it's SmartIAD® system. We have built-in 4 levels of security for voice users, while keeping data-security at a maximum level.”
QuesCom 400 is the latest addition to the QuesCom SmartIAD® product line. QuesCom is committed to bringing competitive advantage to its customers by enabling them to take full advantage of low cost IP Telephony.
