MOBILITY SERVICES
- I need to call abroad with my GSM, how can I reduce the cost of that call?
Best solution:
Mobile user client on my GSM, every time I am dialing a number, my GSM will first call the QuesCom gateway and immediately dial out the international number.
Other solutions:
Change my address book and add before every international number the QuesCom gateway number. i.e Paul: “QuesCom number # paul’s number”
Call back. I call the QuesCom gateway . I am recognised by my GSM number, the call is not established. the QuesCom gateway calls me immediately back. I hear the dial tone and I can use my address book to dial out.
I benefit from the company rate.
I need the Mobility Services license

- One Number feature: when a call is redirected to another GSM phone, does this mean that it is more expensive because 2 calls are placed?
Not at all! Using a corporate fleet price plan, calls between the company's SIMs are flat rate.
the QuesCom gateway gateway must have this price plan enabled so that 2nd call is free.
